The official HOA for The residents of
Greenway Parks
Dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and preserving the unique charm of this historic Dallas, TX neighborhood.
A Legacy of Design and Community
Designed in 1927 by acclaimed architect David R. Williams, Greenway Parks holds a unique place in Dallas history as the city’s first pedestrian-oriented neighborhood. Our community is distinctively platted across 150 acres with a series of shared greenways inspired by the English commons, creating a park-like setting for every home. As noted in a 1927 Dallas Morning News article, Greenway Parks was “the evolution of a wholly modern idea, one strikingly unique.”
The Greenway Parks HOA is dedicated to preserving this one-of-a-kind legacy. As a City of Dallas Conservation District since 2003, our mission is to protect the neighborhood’s historic integrity and outstanding architecture. By upholding these unique guidelines and meticulously maintaining our shared greenways, the HOA ensures that the original vision for Greenway Parks—a beautiful, walkable, and welcoming community—endures for generations to come.
